We have went from this
in 3 days.
So I hope I don't jinx us by saying Spring is on its way! But I really do hope it is!
Menus for this week are as follows:
Sunday.....chopped salad and grilled meatloaf sandwiches.
Monday....white bean soup and corn bread
Tuesday.....BBQ ribs, chopped salad, roasted veggies
Wednesday.....Spaghetti and salad
Thursday.....homemade pizza, chopped salad
Friday....chopped salad and leftovers
Saturday.....oven fried flounder, chopped salad
So the weather is changing and I feel like eating lighter, how about you? Or am I the only one that does this?
