I won!!!

I never win anything!! But I did for the month of June. I won the June raffle that a friend runs over at Etsy. Creatingwithni is a great lady that goes above and beyond to get exposure for all our Etsy shops.

As soon as my package comes I will share it with you. But in the mean time. Check out her shop here. Her shop is filled with lovely goodies to be used for gifts and such. Do you know how to slow down?

I mean slow down and enjoy the things around you.

         Things like:

The laughter of a child.

The sounds of a birds song outside your window.

The rushling of a tree in the wind.

Or how about the trickle of water in a gently stream?

I believe I am like most others and I have to remind myself to slow down or stop! To appreciate the joys that are around me.

So I have began to set aside time each day to condition myself to "take time to smell the roses".

First thing in the morning I take my cup of coffee and stroll through my garden barefoot and see what all is going on in the garden. I love the feel of the wet grass on my feet.

I spend some quiet time each morning reading my bible and planning my day.

I love sitting on the porch at night, looking up at the stars and listening to all the night sounds.

These are all things that remind me that he says, "Be still and know that I am god."

What are the ways that you have learned to .....be still?

God Shared a miracle.

I believe that there are signs from god all around us. We just have to stop and see them.

We never know where they will be or what they will mean to us.

The beauty that only he can make is the most wonderful thing in the world to see.

I was blessed to get to see these beautiful creatures right in my front yard.

Long time since my last post

It has been a long while since I posted last but I have been rather busy.

        Trying to get a new Line or 2 of product ready for My Etsy Shop
